The story of Nahid Textile Mills began when its founding chairman, Mr. Abul Kalam Azad entered the textile market back in the 1980s. He started his journey with a small fabric store in the clothing center of Dhaka, Islampur. Afterward, he started a small production unit to manufacture fabrics for the local market. In 1995 he began a large-scale manufacturing factory with the name Adnan Textile and began to export to the international market in 1999. Since then he has been known as one of the pioneers in the textile industry with immense knowledge and experience.
